On How to Write a Good Suicide Note.
First, there is no right or wrong way to write a suicide note. Its your final message to the world, so say whatever you want to say, so long as it can be easily understood. I would say you would definitely want to include why you killed yourself, what caused you to kill yourself, and who is and is not responsible. Also, if there is something you wanted to say but never could, throw it in, youve got nothing to lose. Also throw in any last messages you want to get across.
Some people are creative, and write their note as a story, poem, or limerick. Do this if you want, itll add some sentimental value, but make sure, above all else, you get your point across.
That is about all I can think of. Just remember, its your final message. You arent being graded on it or anything, so write it however you want, so long as it is understandable.
